Walters Rx Strategy is led by Robert O. Walters Jr., PharmD, MBA, ACE — a senior healthcare executive with 15+ years of progressive leadership in hospital pharmacy, oncology services, and 340B program management.

Most recently Senior Director of Pharmacy Operations and Oncology Services for a New Jersey health system, where he led a $53M two-location Cancer Care Institute, a $60M annual 340B program, and 100+ pharmacy staff across two acute care hospitals, two cancer centers, an FQHC infusion site, and a satellite ED.

Robert is Apexus Advanced 340B Certified, ASHP Pharmacy Revenue Cycle Management certified, and CITI-certified for investigational research. He is a published peer-reviewed researcher (American Journal of Health-System Pharmacy, 2026) and the author of The Modern Pharmacist's Playbook.
