About
Founder, Walters Rx Strategy. Apexus Advanced 340B Certified. Fifteen years in health-system pharmacy leadership across 340B, oncology infusion, specialty pharmacy, formulary management, and P&T committee work.
I spent fifteen years leading pharmacy operations inside a New Jersey health system, most recently as Senior Director of Pharmacy and Oncology Infusion. My teams covered acute care, the cancer center, infusion, and emergency department pharmacy across a multi-site system: roughly a hundred people, a nine-figure drug-spend portfolio, and one of the larger 340B programs in the region.
That work came with the full regulatory weight: 340B audits, wholesaler conversions in the middle of a workflow crisis, DEA inspections with zero findings, and New Jersey Board of Pharmacy surveys with no deficiencies cited. I also know the quiet cost of doing nothing: the reimbursement that leaks, the audit exposure that compounds, and the patients who wait longer for therapy while everyone waits for permission to fix it.
Walters Rx Strategy is built for leaders who need outcomes, not slide decks: 340B compliance and optimization, oncology and specialty pharmacy access, patient access and reimbursement strategy, and formulary and P&T guidance. You get a colleague in the room who has actually run the thing.
