Health-system pharmacy advisory, built around access and the money attached to it

Six practice areas. Each one starts from the same three questions: what is the exposure, what is it costing, and what are the three things worth doing first.

Practice areas

Most engagements start in one area and touch two. 340B, access, and formulary are the same problem looked at from three seats.

340B Compliance and Optimization

Program reviews, HRSA audit readiness, and contract pharmacy oversight for covered entities and grantees. Findings tied to the exposure and the revenue each gap costs, plus a prioritized fix list your team can execute without me.

Oncology Patient Access

Patient assistance, copay, and foundation navigation, plus benefits investigation and prior authorization workflow design for oncology and specialty therapies. Measured in days from referral to first dose.

How engagements run

Fixed scope, fixed fee, written before any work begins.

Discovery call

Thirty minutes, no charge. You describe the situation. I tell you whether this is work I should do, work your team should do, or work for somebody else.

Written scope

A scope document with deliverables, timeline, and a fixed fee inside two business days. If the scope changes later, we re-paper before new work starts.

Delivery and handoff

Short findings, a prioritized fix list with named owners, and a working session with your team. The goal is that the work continues after the engagement ends.

Not sure which one you need?

That is a normal place to start. Book the call and describe the situation. Scoping it is my job.
